Masks!
We will require masks to protect both you and our employees and other customers in the area of the clubhouse and in the Snack Shoppe.
Once you have purchased your game and proceeded onto the courses you are welcome to go without your mask at your discretion for your golf game.
Tee-times!
We will be taking tee time reservations for every 10 minutes. You may reserve Tee times by emailing us (village_greens@verizon.net) with your requested approximate time a day or more ahead, or (sorry we don’t have email access at the course) calling (717-687-6933) for a tee time the day of.
Please include your name, phone number, number in your party and preferred course (shorter 18 hole Orange, or longer 23 hole Gold).
We will accept walk-ins, but those with tee time reservations will be given first priority at their given time, so walk-ins may have to wait a bit longer.
Club and Ball sanitation
All clubs will have handles fully sanitation immersed between each use, and balls will be fully sanitation solution immersed between each use. We have posted instructions for helping us attain this at our clubhouse area.
Please feel free to bring your own putters!
Play
Please adhere to 6 foot social distance yellow lines supplied around the courses.
In general, as always, please wait until the group ahead of you has left their hole to proceed onto the green.
Your sanitation
We have installed sanitation dispensers in each bathroom, as well as one outside the bathrooms.
As always, we have a sanitation station at the clubhouse for use as you begin your game and after play.
We will sanitize touch surfaces in the restrooms every hour.
Non Greenness
We will not be recycling pencils as we normally do- please discard of them when finished with your play.
Snack Shoppe
The Snack Shoppe will be open with full menu (sandwiches, grill and fryer items and ice creams).
We will have limited indoor seating (please try to use our outdoor seating for your safety)
Masks are required to enter the dining/order area.
Please limit to one customer group ordering at a time in the dining area. Once you have ordered, please proceed to seating (preferably outside) where we will deliver your order to you when ready! Masks are not required once you are seated.
Please adhere to one way traffic around the snack shoppe area to maintain 6 foot distancing.
We have rearranged the outside table seating to maintain 6 foot distancing between tables.
Feel free to use the picnic area also for seating!
